Is it bumblefoot? Help!

I feel horrible. Our harlequin has what I think might be bumblefoot? it looks severe to me. I soaked her in Epsom salt, and then dried and applied neosporin on it. She is currently in the house for the night in a dog crate with straw. Is this a situation that I will need to cut the hard calloused bit open and extract the contents? We don't have access to a vet, so any advice is appreciated. I don't know how I didn't catch this sooner. I feel terrible.

Bumblefoot usually has a black scab so I'm not sure what to make of the yellow callous... I would try using a drawing salve on the spot before going to surgery. You can also order Baytril online to help with infection.

That could very well be bumble my Runner had bumble and there was no scab.
Looks like the whole toe is swollen?

Thank you! The forum info is very helpful. Yes the toe is swolen, there is an obvious cut on the side of the callous. I'm going to start with the forum info advice and go from there. Hopefully we can get her back to good health.
