Is my hen a Barnevelder OR Golden Laced Wyandotte? She is 21 weeks old.

It's not a wyandotte. Wyandottes have yellow legs and a rose comb.

Although some hatchery GLW can have straight combs and off colored legs.

But it also doesn't look like a proper Barnevelder either.

My best guess is hatchery quality Barnevelder with a small chance of being poor hatchery quality GLW.

...that just means as to confirmation...she will probably be a great pet and egg layer.

Its not a Barnevelder at all. A Barni would be double laced with darker reds and this bird is single laced and gold. I regards to type, it is a poor specimen of a gold laced Wyandotte with a single comb but most likely a great back yard chicken

I'm thinking Golden Laced Wyandotte mix, since it doesn't look right for either a purebred Barnevelder or Golden Laced Wyandotte.

She was purchased from a lady who was just starting to breed them. She had orpingtons, GLW and barred rocks. I got her as a chick and was told its a orpington as she also had orpingtons. here is a better picture
