Is this an Americana that I bought at Tractor Supply

I bought 2 chicks on April 18th and they were the same size. Now one is giant and the other is still tiny. Both look the same. This is the picture of the large one. Do you think this is an Americana? I think our Tractor Supply might get the chicks mixed up.

It could be a bantam or just smaller
