Is this Marek's or possible birth defect?

I have an approximately 18 week old silkie/frizzle mix. We just got it yesterday from a reputable farm. They haven't had any signs of Marek's and this is a fourth generation bird from their farm. I noticed today the left eye (first picture). It is blind in this eye. The right eye (second picture) looks like all my other chickens eyes. Just trying to see if this is something others have seen that didn't turn out to be Mareks. I will probably take this one for testing just to see, but there are no other symptoms. It's the sweetest baby ever.

The eye looks more like an defect or injury than Mareks but I've never had to deal with Mareks .... I attached a link with a picture of the eye differences.

I agree that it doesn’t look like the pictures I have seen of ocular Mareks.
