She is beautiful!! A little long legged. But she doesn't look like she has any black on/around her neck.

My roo has shorter legs..She and th black hen behind her are hatcher chicks..I hatched my roo out myself..his legs are about as long as his middle toe,,,he has split-tail..He is 6 months..So I am waiting to see how he looks after molt. Gonna start looking for more roos for better.. In the mean time ,,I have to sit on my hands.Wife says no to firing up the incubator until January

Dottie my Japanese Bantam. Could this black on her flop be caused from cold ?

No not deep winter. She was out one nite at about 52 degrees.
If not cold, what could have caused this. ?

It honestly looks like a scab to me. Chickens have tiffs, she may have gotten nipped by another...

x2 Looks like a pecking injury to me if not frostbite (52 degrees isn't cold enough).
