HI, My name is Suzy but go by Milk Maid Ranch. That's for my herd of dairy goats but the population of fowl is more and I enjoy my birds also. Have many different breeds and usually let my girls hatch out their chicks instead of using a bator. Had some years back but like the natural way better.
Planning on some turkeys and meat birds next spring so any tips on what breeds are good on them, let me know. I'm in Central Texas so the summers are very hot and we can get some good freezes in the winter but don't last long.
