I second that about the Therapy, and the meds. I still have one issue from not doing one stretch. I thought it felt wrong to be doing it......but i was wrong to skip it. Trust the people helping you. Even if it feels like they are your enemy

Glad everything went well. Therapy is a serious issue. DO IT!!
I could not even bend my leg all the way at first. With therapy, it made it stronger and made me aware of the exercises I do to keep it strong. I can run for the first time in about 20 years without worry that my knee will give out.
