Ladies not laying eggs

I have 2 Easter Eggers. For almost a year they haven't laid eggs.
The seem to have gone through 2 molting periods this year.
They stopped laying actually when I got rid of my rooster.
Will they lay again do you think?

How old are they? What are you feeding them?

They're almost 2. Layer feed and the odd treats (Lettuce, corn, bread, wild wheat)

I've got 4 Easter eggers about 2 yrs old. Haven't had a blueish egg in months. Checked their vent and they are not laying. Debating camp freezer or not.
