Great start. Could be a bit longer still if she's under 6 months, but better than most hatchery based ones. I'm still lacking in that for a handful of my girls, but it's not been a large priority for me recently either
She probably will get a bit longer then. Keep her back for breeding if possible to try and reinforce the geneShe is 14 weeks old and from Cackle. So just at 5 months old right now. I had one from my first order from them that was good in the tail as well. Goldie that hatched the chicks out, who is going through molt right now.
If any are females, with single combs and naked, I might hold one back for my phoenix potpourri pen I want to make this next season10 so far. 5 naked and 5 not. View attachment 3625747
