let's talk seagulls

I love seagulls. ( my avatar speaks for itself) can people own them as pets????? I mean I think it would be very possible since they love to hang around people down at the beach and other locations.

Depends where you live, I believe some private collections in Europe have them. Not allowed in North America. They are not easy.. .a large flight at least 10 m high would be needed. Their diet needs to have fish included and clean water. The diet results in feces that need regular cleaning. They are not are not easy.
