Mazuri waterfowl feed and chewy.com

Every spring, there is a new group of gosling/goose owners asking what to feed. Mazuri waterfowl feed is the gold standard for geese, but I know it can be hard to find. I was surprised to find chewy.com carries it, and it is competitively priced. While I personally get my mazuri locally, as my feed store guy gives me a discount, I get all my dogs/cats supplies on chewy, and am very happy with their service.

For those raising goslings, I feed mazuri maintenance (I crush it for the first couple weeks into crumbles) and LOTS of fresh greens (grass/lettuce/broccoli). I do not feed starter food, as I think it creates too many growth problems (joints/angelwing).

For those that are concerned about the price, you do not need to feed 100% mazuri to adult birds, but it is good to at least add to your feed mix.

I just checked the website to look at there analysis they do mention B12 suplement but no guarentee could you look on the bag for me for % of Niacin in the mix.

Out of all brands, Mazuri has one of the highest niacin contents - for the waterfowl starter, the niacin content is 162 ppm.
