Is there anything I can do to make my aggressive hen stop pecking and tugging on my other hens wattles?

Generally aggressive behaviors are from boredom, crowding or a protein deficiency. Occasionally a bird is just aggressive.

How big is your set up? How many birds? What are you feeding? Breeds?

Chickens need to burn off excess energy scratching and running about daily or else they will find other things to do.
