Very very cute! Lucky you! Some day maybe I will be able to say 'one mile from the road, no neighbors to close. Lots of wildlife, and thanks to Clear can keep in touch with the world.' Not so sure about the 45 acres. Would like 10 I think. I don't want THAT many critters!
