Memorial portrait of my sweet boy

I lost my sweet old rooster Goose the day after Christmas. He had been showing signs of slowing down since early December. He chose to be with me mostly and his wife Noodle was always with him. I painted these 2 canvases that hang together to immortalize their love.

She's doing a bit better but sometimes seems so lost. She doesn't have a close relationship with my other roo Lucy who has taken over the flock. She gets extra attention from me though. ❤
