It was fine. My AU folks are awesome! They find it great that they can order training on AU time and I can pay for it in the states. They've always been treated like the unwanted child, but I work hard to insure they are included. I get really good reviews from their director on how things changed since I took over. I guess it's a throw back to my days in Saudi and my AU friends there.

Brilliant! I have to admit I sometimes feel Australia is a little awkwardly placed with insufficient population, making too little noise, given our timezone.
