Most Moderate Climate States/Cities

This is just out of curiosity… what are some of the most moderate climate states? Or cities within the state since I know it can vary a lot. Moderate as in not too cold in the winter but not too hot in the summer either. I tried Googling but it’s just saying the warmest in winter ones like Florida, Arizona, Texas, etc. but that doesn’t solve my problem because I can NOT do 110° or even 90° and 90% humidity LMBO. but I also can’t do 6 ft of snow every storm that’s obviously an exaggeration but yeah.
