mould dots on ducks bill ?

one of my Pekin ducks seems to be developing some small black dots on her bill, looks like mould to me.....
looks like black mould dots that you tend to find in the bathroom

is this normal/harmless, or is it something that needs to be treated ?

I'm still new to the duck scene but I've seen pictures and mention of the female pekins getting "freckles" with age. Is it a girl, how old is it and can you post a picture???

she's a girl, about 6 months old now

I haven't got any photos of the spots at the moment, but can get some on the weekend if needed

Here is the site I read about the freckles. http://www.majesticwaterfowl.org/artquacks.htm I've heard 6 months is when Pekins usually begin to lay eggs and so that makes sense that she is starting to show them. There is nothing to worry about them, it's just another one of the indicators that it is a female.

They have just started laying eggs over the last month. Only 2 eggs so far, but that all makes sense now
