multiple drakes? Just curious - SORRY,HIT THE POST BUTTON TWICE OOPS

If you have just a few ducks and more than one drake, will the fight like roosters? Want to hatch some duck eggs, but don't want to sell any animals for meat. Do you have to worry about having too many drakes?

They won't necessarily fight like roosters, but drakes are very promiscuous and multiple drakes will pursue a hen endlessly. Be careful with ponds or deep water pans, multiple drakes with few hens (or just one hen) have been known to drown them when mating.
