My duck has a claw that looks like it is almost tore out

I have a duck with a hurt claw. It looks like it has been almost broke off or something. You can see blood inside the claw it's self. I'm really new at this and I'm not sure what to do. I brought him/her inside till we can get it healed so infection does not set in. Any help, suggestions or anything would be so greatly appreciated.
