My First Lock Down

So at 5:00pm I went into my first lock down and I'm feeling a mixture of anxious and nervous all at once. It's weird how if feels like it's taken so long. I guess it's probably because I have been so concerned that I'm doing everything right and my air sacks are on schedule. Only time will tell but I'm ready to find out how well I did.

Now I see why! I've sat here and watched the bator for two days now it's day 21 and all I got is wobbling eggs so far. They haven't even pipped the egg yet :'(

This is my third hatch and day 21 as well... and I'm watching probably just as anxiously as you!

All I had were wobblers this morning, a few started last night - but now have 3 pips in the last few hours and occasional chirps!

I remember my first lock down I just sat there with a chair and a sandwich until the first pip.

I don't think it'll ever grow old. I have to candle at least one egg/day just so I can see those little chickies dancing around in their eggs.

My friend would get mad at me for candling every single egg until she finally got into it herself
