Nice paintings. Good use of interest points, love the color balance. Looks like you start with a wash for the background and then paint wet on dry for the details. I can see you are an experienced painter.

I really like your art, even though I know nothing about painting. I think that means that they "work" on several levels, for the painters and non-painters alike. Please keep posting more.

I wet from the top down to the horizon line with clear water, then drop in color in the wet portion and maybe remove some with a dry brush or rag to make clouds. Then work the mid ground after the sky portion dries so that anything that extends into the sky stays distinct. YouTube has been my friend!
