Voted " other" as bumblfoot is my time consumer. I got three hens from a local woman this year to replace some killed by a neighbors dog. One came w a bad foot and before I got her healed one of the other hens was limping. Seems like I was treating feet every day this summer. All well now.
Other: our biggest problems so far have been slugs getting into the feed overnight (we put it out before we go to bed). Mostly they're just unpleasant, but slugs can carry parasites. Wrapping the bowl in newspaper has solved that.
You could argue that we took measures against several things on that list by designing the facilities to be non-muddy, well-aired, lightly-stocked, etc., but that might be outside the scope of the paper.
