Mystery chicken

We special ordered a White faced black Spanish from a local feed store, but the feed store mixed up our special ordered chicks and gave us something different because were pretty sure she is not a white faced black Spanish. She has a white chin like other White Faced chicks, but the giveaway is that she has feathers on her feet. She is also growing some light brown feathers in a collar shape on her shoulders and has slightly white tips on her wing feathers. Anyone know what she could be?
