Naked Neck/Turken Thread

Guys my bantam buff Cochin Pippin is sitting on two eggs!
She’s been very determined even though she’s only about 6-7 months old.
There’s only 2 eggs.
One is from my NN pullet Emily and my NN cockerel Angus.
The other is a bantam egg but it’s not Pippin’s.
It’s either from my red bantam Cochin or my little OEG bantam.
It’s possible the daddy was my Silkie before he died a couple of weeks ago.
Or it’s Angus.
The eggs are on day 14 and I candled them and they look good.
It’s so cold though that I’m going to put Pippin and her nest box in the garage in a nice rabbit hutch I got for her.
I’m so excited for my first babies!
I hope everything works out okay

I don’t know who’s on this thread anymore but my little NN chick hatched on November 29th!

The bantam egg didn’t make it.
I’m pretty sure, at 3 weeks, that the chick is female.
I named it Winter lol.
It’s so cute!

I need to get recent photos.
She’s getting tail feathers now and much bigger.

That's a very bold stripe down the back. She may carry alot of pattern.
