new at incubating 1st clutch need advice

hi everyone, i need hekp i have just set my 1st clutch of 14 eggs from fertile rhode island red hens @ 7th da7 movmt and eyes had a few eggs crack on me and 1 go rotten had to discard them now is the 21-22 day and still no sign of a peep temp range is 99-101.8 and humidity @ 52% cuz i just added h2o to pan what am i doing wrong or am i just impatient???? help!!!! any one I can't sleep

Hi, how is your humidity now? What type of incubator do you have? Do you see any eggs moving or hear any tiny peeping? You will need to put your ear to the incubator to hear the peeping. And are you sure of your hatch date? sometimes a lower temp can cause them to hatch later.

humidity at 51% and climbing temp at 99.9 no sound yet home made incubator w difuser for light old thermostat transformer 24 v pow supply and digi thermostat lead right in middle of eggs day 22 I meant sorry I am getting worried had an egg crack open and membrane is still intact but so far no peeps I can't sleep
