I had 6 hens go broody almost at the same time!! Yesterday one hen hatched out 5 babies... Pics coming soon! 5 MORE HENS TO GO.....LOL

Cute! Please don't tell me you missed the magical moment, when the first chick hatches and comes out from under the momma hen and just stares at her and the hen starres at the chick. I call it, "FACE TO FACE" It's soooooo cute

I'm just curious because I've had 5 girls go broody in the last month -- and they were all BAs.

I was told by a friend of mine who raises chickens, that they are black sexlinks. But they live and play with my others.. pearl white leghorns, and rhode island reds, cochins etc...
