Hello and thanks for having me. I have an obsession with all things winged! I may not be the best bird momma for admitting that I get more enjoyment out of the chickens, than from the many exotic parrots that I breed, But that says a LOT about chickens!! I am always hatching , or trading, or giving away something, to get people started in this wonderful insanity. Too bad chickens aren't looked at here with the respect they deserve. Just because this is New York, doesn't mean we don't have agriculture and farms, and people that love animals, and what they give us. Like breakfast! And never ending entertainment. It all started about 10 years ago when I got lyme disease really bad, I ordered guinea fowl to combat the tick problem. I figured if I was going to put myself through THAT (and anyone who has had guineas KNOWS what I mean!) I would order some pretty bantams. THAT is the start of my crazy story...lol!
