Hello everyone! I am brand new and wanted to introduce myself...
I live in Eastern NC and have a state job (insert state employee joke here). I am brand new to chicken keeping but have become quickly obsessed. It all started with a free chicken tractor and 4 of my father in laws chickens and has quickly snowballed to 7 chickens, 17 bitties, and 14 more (ok make that 40 more) cooking in a bator. We soon realized that our chicken tractor wasn't what we needed and with the help of my Agricultural Construction Manager of a Husband we built the coop in the photos below.
