I hope you are able to get the Label Rouge chickens at your market. Trust me, it will be the best chicken you've ever eaten!

The Label Rouge? I usually get my chicken from the local butcher, he cuts it up for me and it's really really good...I think the best chicken I have ever had was when we were invited to the farmers home for dinner and they killed one of their chickens for us. You can usually find Label Rouge in france, yes?

might get stinky, but think of the body heat they would waft up to you on the second floor!!
