I’m back after a minute, and I don’t know what my old username even was, so here’s a new me.
I found this forum around 2008, and get chickens back then when I lived in Eagle River, Alaska. I live in Oregon now, in Tanasbourne.
My favorite thing about chickens is hatching them and watching how they grow up and change colors… well, not my ayam Cemani, but the EE’s do.
My least favorite thing about chickens is all the dust. Why did I put their brooder in my bedroom….
I currently have 5x 1.3week old EEs, 4x 1week old Ayam Cemani
One of the friendliest of my birds is S. Because it was underdeveloped at hatch, its down was even thinner than regular AC down. It’s the smallest in the bunch by far, but has good foraging instincts
