NPIP in Ky

I want to join the NPIP program in Kentucky. How do I go about doing this? How hard is it to become certified? Is testing free in Ky? I have seen where other states have NPIP applications, but I cannot find the one for Ky. What all do they do when they come and test your birds? Any more info would be great!

If you contact the state Ag department in Frankfort. they will tell you what you need to do. Im working on this myself. I went to the NPIP website and it was way too much info to try to filter through. Its like trying to read the entire constitution...lol
