Nurture Right 360 - leaking?

I just hatched the first batch of chicks in the Nurture Right 360 incubator. Overall very easy and I’m pleased. But...I discovered it’s got a link from a tiny hole near the back. Never had a problem until I filled up both A & B water slots on day 18. Or rather, I never noticed it until then. I don’t know if this is normal or what.

The funny thing is that it holds the temp and humidity just fine. It doesn’t even leak so much that I have to always fill the water up. But it drips enough that it pools under the unit. I just don’t get it.

I’ll get a picture of the hole soon.

Anyone else have this issue with theirs?
Thanks!

Never mind! It seems designed that way to drain the overflow and/or condensation.

Coming out of this hole. And there are a few more along the bottom.

And they drain from this hole inside, which is along the outer ring.

So all seems normal. Next time maybe I won’t fill it up so much.
