Organic Apple Cider Vinegar can be mixed with what else?

Hi,
I am wondering what OACV can be mixed with? I have read that it cannot be added with garlic because it destroys the properties of the garlic.

Can it be mixed with v&e (vitmains and electrolyte water)?
I have a friend that wants to know because her chickens are a little under the weather and she wants to use both items to give her birds a boost.

On the Organic Chickens Yahoo Group, nearly all the members give their chickens both ACV and garlic in the water every day. Someone there might have an answer for you.

I tried mixing garlic and ACV in the waterer and it smelled terrible by the next morning. It made the coop smell like sour milk (???).

Now I just use the ACV.

do not mix anything else with it and do not give it when medicating or worming (it can influence the effectivity of many drugs by lowering internal acidity/PH)
