I sell a lot of Oriental chicken every year and somehow black chicken always is a big demand

I don't know about the States but it is often argued in Europe that Ko Shamo are in fact a completely different breed to Oshamo, and not a bantam form of the breed.

That's exactly the same as my thinking on Ko Shamo . I've never owned any but heard from reliable sources that they are more a show breed rather than game bred .
