For other OG breeds I don't know for sure, but believe the crow doesn't matter much. Now for Asil, a very short, chopped off crow is what the breed should have.

I've heard my Aseel crow twice, and it is almost barely recognisable as a crow.

I am in AUS and wouldn't have the variety the yanks have. Wouldn't be able to tell you which variety it is.

Yep. I'm pretty sure long crowers didn't evolve without selective breeding's for longer and longer crows.

T'is true the world calls Americans Yanks or Yankees, but Americans from the Southern States mean Northerners from the USA Civil War. Northerners mean people descended from original English colonists though looking at it's first use the word probably originated as slang meaning the Dutch colonists.
