One of our drakes, Bumpy, is in need of a new home. He’s a beautiful duck, but is picking on one of our girls and has been keeping our other drake from eating. The second drake has lost quite a bit of weight due to this and the hen has received minor injuries. Bumpy is six months old, gets along great with the other hens, and is somewhat comfortable with people. He recently had a protracted phallus and had to have a portion removed, but still has enough remaining length to breed, though this may not be recommended if the phallus issue is hereditary. We would prefer a place where Bumpy can live and thrive, not where he is destined for the dinner table. We are located In Southwest Ohio and are willing to drive several hours to a suitable home.
