please help what is wrong with hens feet?

My hen is a lil over a year old I believe not really for sure. White leghorn
I have noticed the past few days that it hurts her to run and you can see her limp once in a while! I dont know what to do with her. I tried warm soapy soak and peroxide but it doesnt seem any better. It also look like the spot on the bottom is like a black head!

PLEASE HELP any advice is greatly appreciated!!

the Right foot is really bad but the left foot is just starting
