PLEASE HELP

My female duck (Razzo) suddenly has became very wobbly and unsteady walking.
She is most sitting and breathing heavily.
It happened quite quickly, she was sat next to me. I noticed that she was breathing very heavily. So I kept my eye on her. Then she became very wobbly.

Earlier today, I let them explore my pond. (They haven’t gone in it in about a year) I feel so stupid now because I didn’t realise the risk of botulism.

Do you think this is the early signs of botulism. Or could it be anything else?

Yes, I didn’t know the risk. I don’t have any of the stuff to do a flush. And it’s the middle of the night in the uk.
Is there anything I can do. Or do I just need to wait till the morning.
I could take her to the emergency vet.
