We have a 8' x 8' shed coop and 3' of it is like a foyer for storage. There's shelving for the small stuff. Then on other side I put there bedding, trash can, other larger items. Works great!

i have one of these resin deck boxes next to the coop that holds extra bedding, oyster shell, and a box with a small first aid kit.

next coop is gonna be a larger walk-in shed with a room that holds all of this stuff.

My coop is 6 x 16' in a 16 x 16' shed.
Lots of space left over for storage of feed cans, bale bags, crates, etc along with gardening tools.
Floor space is often rearranged to accommodate different chickeneering seasons.

I keep feed indoors in trash cans. Oyster shell is a bucket in the yard so I can toss it out as necessary. Extra bedding stays in the garage or the shed out back, depending on the gardening season and state of the shed organization.

If I didn’t live in the desert I’d keep feed outside, but with summer temps I’m not comfortable with that option.

Any other tools like a rake and garden fork are kept in the shed near the coop.

Full bags of everything are inside the garage. Most of my cleaning tools are just gardening tools so those are also inside the garage.

Most of my daily chicken supplies like shoes, pooper scooper, poop bucket, feed (in a metal trash can) sit under a free standing roofed overhang about 10' from the run (not sure what it was designed for, but that's what it got turned into).

I have a set of daily cleaning tools inside the coop as well, and they slot in behind the nest boxes. Really small items (containers for oyster shell, grit, treats, chargeable lantern) are inside the coop on some shelves I cobbled together.
