He has good days and bad. He's still able to get up, eat (appetite is not good) and do other things with a little help, but it's tedious and exhausting for him. Some days his mind is better than others. He's just weary. He told me today maybe he could just pass on if he gave up, but he just couldn't do it! I said he was too mean to do that (He's a sweet gentle man!)

Prayers are very much cherished.

He thinks the Bible we read today is not in its purest form. He sees no point in reading it unless he can read it in what it was originally written, so he won't read it because "it has the chance of being corrupted since it's been passed down through so many generations of humans."

It's not only nonbelievers in God that discount the infallibility of the Bible. Unfortunately some who claim to know Christ also wrest God's words to fit their personal desires.
