This is the 5th day of my hen being sick. I thought at first she had busted her egg inside of her. I don't feel anything. I'm soaking her twice daily in Epson salt water and keeping her vent cover with honey and creams. Today I started using hemorrhoid cream.
Can any help me?

Welcome to BYC. Has she been laying eggs lately? How old is she? Her lower belly looks enlarged, possibly with ascites fluid or internal laying/salpingitis. There could be an egg or lash egg stuck. The yellow material in her droppings may be from ascites or reproductive infection. Can you try giving her a human calcium citrate tablet with vitamin d daily for a few days? Citrical or Equate generic is fine, 300-600 mg. I would keep the red prolapse tissue moist with vaseline or honey so it doesn’t dry out.
