That was me at the hair salon a couple of years ago, showing off my knee-length locks ...

And this is me now. The hair had to go due to bad shoulders on both sides. It was fun while it lasted. I miss it, but have to admit this is a lot easier! And no, it did not get donated. Unfortunately, Locks for Love does not accept grey hair, it is too brittle. They would have burned it. So, since my hair had long been dedicated to the Lord, I took it home and burned it myself in a private ceremony.

Well, the last photo was of me two years ago. Man, I'm getting old. 70 come November. Older and hopefully wiser. I've been on BYC many years..aged, got more wise to chickens and their care. Made many a friend. Took this photo last week. Anyone else want to update?
