Quail (button?) needs buddy

Hi all,

I have received a rescued domestic quail, has some pin feathers left on it's neck and back. It looks smaller than my bobwhite so it could be a button.

I could use a buddy for it, is there anyone near San Diego that has button quail?

Not sure how close you are to her but she has great birds!
