quail Chick got stuck in tape! help!

How do I get it off? He keeps rolling over and getting stuck on his back, I cut the tape in half behind his head so it is 2 peaces and he can move his neck around a little!

What kind of tape is that??? If it is super sticky, I would either use olive oil and try to get it to slide off or carefully cut it out. I have no experience in this! Hope you figure it out!

slowly cutting it off, its duct tape so its not going anywhere
but the chick wont hold still and I'm afraid of cutting his wing and neck...

If you can,try to CAREFULLY remove the tape,if he starts to struggle,DO NOT,I repeat,DO NOT,try to remove it,sorry,that's all the help I could be

@clawstar, try vegetable oil and blow drying the tape til it comes off.

I got it off by keeping the chick under the heat lamp in a container so he could push himself back up if needed and so he wouldn't be pecked on. The heat loosened the adhesive slowly(I also put a little water around the edges to get it off his fuzz) so I was able to take it off, the chick is now doing fine! missing just a little fuzz on his head but no other damage. Thanks for all the help!
