Quail claw swollen!?

My quail seems to have swollen back claws (toes on the back of their feet) I’m not sure if the nails have come off or that the skin has swollen around them but they are not visible and the claw seems to be rather swollen compared to my other quails, what could this be and how would I fix it? I have given her salt soaks incase of infection but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything?.

That's a missing claw, and looks like infection. This usually happens when they are kept on wire and/or their enclosure isn't kept clean enough.

I would recommend contacting a vet for advice, probably on antibiotics.
