R-Com 20 Incubator- Turner making loud noise

Anyone else out there have this problem with their R-Com 20? Mine works great as far as holding temperature and humidity. Recently the turner makes a horrible, loud groaning noise. Any ideas would be appreciated. I think I've heard about others having problems with this model, but I don't remember what was suggested.

I've not used an RCom, but I would think the turner is about to quit. I had an LG turner that started making a 'growling' noise, and it did eventually quit. It lasted a few months longer though

Does it always do this? I wonder if there is anything caught in there somewhere? Mine has made noise only when debris has gotten in the way.
I dont think it takes much. Just a suggestion
