Repairing hens neck thanks to roosters needs

I have a hen that my rooster seems to have a thing for. I think they are into S&M and it's resulted in the removal of feathers, skin and some meat from the back of her neck. I cut back some of the feathers cleaned it up and smeared some neosporan on it. Is there anything else I could do to help this heal?

Get her away from him while she heals.

If you can, keep her isolated and inside. You don't want flies to lay eggs there else you'll have a maggot in open wound problem.
