Folks, you've been talking tea & coffee a lot. As a rule, I drink a pot minus one cup of coffee per day and 1-2 gallons of iced tea. I get my tea bags from Wedbstoraunt.com and they are orange peoke based. My iced tea is just sun tea... When I was in Saudie I just drank what ever the brits gave me. Sometime with lemon, sometime with milk & honey, sometime with sweetened milk, and sometime with fresh herbs and nothing else.

In the end, I still don't pollute my coffee, tea or liquor with added ingredients.

Marvelous. A truly sensible philosophy.
