There is just no pleasing some people.Beatha has had quite the hiatus.View attachment 3577044
I told her I liked getting blue eggs & she needed to get a move on.

She complied.
It's about the size of my thumbnail.
The large egg is Portia's. The bantam egg is either Ceres or Tsuri.

The blue has gone from Glynda's eggs. I'll get an occasional very pale blue but they are just a grayish white these days.Beatha has had quite the hiatus.View attachment 3577044

I asked no.6 if he'd noticed chickens in his very lovely yard as the fence is low on that side. Ha'penny & Beatha have both been fence hopping but he was very nice about it & said they weren't a problem. I told him they were both feral & to keep an eye out for white or blue eggs. He was shocked about the blue eggs. So many people are. I also assured him they would clean up any bugs they found. With half an acre all to themselves you'd think they'd stay home! The blue has gone from Glynda's eggs. I'll get an occasional very pale blue but they are just a grayish white these days.
