Rooster's dew claw infected

Rooster has an infected broken dew claw - back claw to grasp. It is swollen and warm to the touch. His leg is also swollen. I've been soaking it twice a day in benedine plus hot water for 15 minutes. He is isolated. Help please.

Can you take him to a vet?

It sounds like it is infected.

A picture would help as well. I like to use warm warm and Epsom salts. You may need to get some injectable penicillin from TSC if it doesn't seem to be responding to the soaking.
